Council has resolved to provide financial assistance to ratepayers who have been affected by COVID-19. This assistance can be provided through the postponement of rates, negotiated payment arrangements, or the waiving of fines and interest associated with late payments because of the direct impact of COVID-19. Arrangements will be considered and made on a case by case basis.
