Tandanya National Aboriginal Cultural Institute is proud to present the 2019 "Survival Day" Concert and Event at Semaphore Beach featuring the ICONIC "COLOURED STONE" performing live on stage. This years event will also coincide with the 2019 International Year of Indigenous Languages and be even bigger and better than previous years. Tandanya invites you to come along and be a part of this annual event under the theme of "Still SURVIVING, Still THRIVING". There will be a free community fireworks display on Semaphore Foreshore at 9:30pm on Australia Day, brought to you by the City of Port Adelaide Enfield.
Road Closures in operation 7:30pm-10:00pm
- The Esplanade will be closed between Swan Street and Hall Street except for business and residential traffic
- The Esplanade will be closed between South Terrace and Backler Street except for except for business and residential traffic
- The Esplanade will be closed between Newman Street and Swan Street
Semaphore Road will be closed between the Esplanade and Custom Lane
- Cave, Dunn, Swan, Newman, Blackler & Coppin Streets will be closed except for business and residential traffic, reduced speed limit
The Civic Centre and Libraries will be closed on Monday 28 January for the Australia Day Public Holiday. The Visitor Information Centre will be open from 9am-5pm at 66 Commercial Rd, Port Adelaide.
All waste collections will be unchanged.
