Council Assessment Panel

The Council Assessment Panel (CAP) (previously known as the Development Assessment Panel "DAP") has been established as a requirement of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 and came into effect on the 1 October 2017.

The role of the Panel is to act as the relevant authority in respect to determining development matters referred to them.

The CAP meets on the fourth Wednesday of every month at 7pm in the Port Adelaide Enfield Town Hall at 34 Nile Street, Port Adelaide.
