Taperoo Reserve

Council is developing soccer and community facilities at Taperoo Reserve (formerly the Taperoo Primary School site). The project is being delivered in multiple stages and includes three soccer pitches, clubroom facility, car parking and Community Park.

The project includes engagement with the Port Adelaide Lions Soccer Club and the local community, and aims to provide more facilities on the Lefevre Peninsula for a sport and community recreation.

The staging of the construction has altered due to the Council being successful in obtaining State – Local Government Infrastructure Partnership Grant. This has enabled the construction of the major soccer pitch to be delivered in the 2017/18 financial year.

The design of all stages has been finalised.
