JP Services
The main role of a Justice of the Peace (JP) is to act as an independent and objective witness to documents that are used for official or legal purposes.
- Attest or witness the execution of a document
- Take an affidavit for use in court
- Take a statutory declaration
- Certify a true copy of an original document
Whenever possible your meeting with a JP will be held in a semi-private area, or in a private room.
