A New Chapter for PAE Today
We're making some changes to how PAE Today is delivered to our community.
From October 2026, our quarterly community newsletter will move to a new format, helping us share important information in a more efficient and environmentally sustainable way while continuing to keep residents informed about local news, projects, events and services.
Rather than being delivered separately to letterboxes, PAE Today will be distributed four times a year with rates notices and attached to e-rates notices. The newsletter will also be available online and in print at the Civic Centre, Community Centres and Libraries across the city.
The new look newsletter will be a smaller A4 publication, providing a quarterly snapshot of key council news and highlights. The first edition will be released in October 2026, featuring updates from October, November and December.

While the quarterly newsletter remains an important way to share information, there are now more ways than ever to stay up to date with what's happening across the City of PAE:

Contribute to PAE Today

Community Noticeboard
The Community Noticeboard is a feature in our quarterly newsletter, PAE Today, that shares short updates from local not-for-profit and community service organisations. It's a space to highlight positive news, promote offerings, and rally community support.
What belongs on the Noticeboard?
We will include short submissions (up to 30 words) that reflect the values of connection, generosity, and positivity. Examples include:
- Celebrations of community achievements or milestones
- Shout-outs to dedicated staff or volunteers
- Invitations to free or low-cost programs or services
- Requests for local donations, volunteer help, or other community support
Who can submit content?
Not-for-profit and community service organisations that operate within the City of PAE are welcome to contribute.
A few things to keep in mind
To keep the Noticeboard focused, we ask that submissions:
Submissions should align with the Noticeboard’s spirit of connection and celebration. This means we don’t feature individual event listings, school promotional items, political or religious content, or personal notices.
How to submit
Complete the online submission form and send your item by the deadline provided. Items will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited to 3–5 items per edition. Submissions for the winter edition close on Monday 13 April 2026.
Other considerations
We may contact you if we feel your item could become a larger story for future communications. If your item can’t be included due to timing, space, or fit, we will explore alternative communication options where possible.
