Join us in October for Mental Health Awareness Month across PAE.
This year’s theme is Find Your Way to Wellbeing.
With so much happening around us, it can be easy to feel the weight of the world, personal pressures and the need to keep up with it all.
We want to remind everyone that it’s okay to step back and focus on your wellbeing. Every person deserves self-care without guilt.
Mental health is an essential component of overall wellbeing, just as important as physical health. Feeling well mentally doesn’t just come from getting through hard times; it’s built through everyday connection, community support, and early conversations that promote wellbeing before challenges arise.
Throughout October, we’re focusing on creating opportunities for people to connect, offering a range of free or low-cost activities across PAE. Invite a friend, neighbour, or loved one along and let’s connect early and often, to make a real difference.
All activities are free unless indicated.
Every year in October it's Mental Health Awareness Month across PAE.
