Reserves for hire

Looking for an outside space for a celebration, event or special occasion? The City of PAE has a wide range of reserves, foreshore, parks and gardens available for hire.

Enjoy an activity at one of our parks or gardens

There are more than 160 reserves, parks and gardens throughout the City of PAE, and several of them can be booked for recreational activities, offering the perfect location for gatherings with family, friends and the community. Where possible, we try to provide a playground within approximately 500m or 15 minutes' walking distance of all residents. Visit this page for the full list of playgrounds, parks and gardens.

How to book a reserve

Bookings can be made for special events at many of our park and reserves, and the locations of bookable reserves are shown below. A booking gives the hirer priority use of the bookable space but not exclusive use of the playground and facilities. Complete the request to book a reserve enquiry form to let us know which reserve you would like to hire, and some more information about your activity.

How much does it cost to book a reserve?

If a reserve hire application includes a request to access toilets, gates or an electricity box, we may allocate reserve keys. A refundable key deposit of $55 will apply to each key.
