Missed bins? Help is on its way. Cleanaway are experiencing delays to bin collections. If your bin is missed, Cleanaway will return the following day to complete the collection. Please leave your bin out at the kerb until it has been emptied. If your bin has not been collected within 24 hours of your usual collection day, you can log a missed collection or call the waste line on 1800 777 844. More information is available here.

Accessibility and Inclusion updates

Saturday 3 December is International Day of People with Disability, a day aimed at increasing public awareness, understanding and acceptance of people with disability. We are launching two inclusion initiatives to recognise International Day of People with Disability.
The brand new 'Userway Accessibility Menu’ is now live on our website. This easy-to-use menu allows users to make real-time changes to our website. You can change languages, font size, letter spacing, font type, colours and even the size of the cursor, to make it easier to navigate around and find what you are looking for. To access the menu click on "Accessibility Menu" on the bottom left corner of this or any page.
