Snap, Send, Solve is one of the easiest ways to report issues to us. Today, the City of PAE received the Top 10 Councils recognition at the Snap Send Solve's Solver of the Year Awards for 2023. We also received an award for the highest overall star rating out of over 500 councils in Australia, with a 4.29 overall star rating!
On top of this, the City of PAE also snagged the Inclusive Excellence Award for South Australia, achieving a 95.7% overall solve rate, with our focus on quickly resolving footpath issues and a focus on accessibility truly setting us apart.
Mayor Claire Boan couldn't be prouder, saying, "At the City of PAE, we pride ourselves on our quick response to community matters, so it's fantastic that our hard-working staff have been recognised in this way."
The Snap Send Solve app makes it easy for our community to bring attention to issues like graffiti, illegal parking, dumped rubbish, potholes and trip hazards, so that we can quickly act to resolve the issue.
Our community is our eyes on the street, and together, we continue to keep our shared spaces safe, clean, and absolutely fantastic to be in. This recognition provides independent confirmation of the ongoing highly positive feedback we receive for our responsive customer service.
