Here are the designs for the build brand-new, state-of-the-art clubrooms at Largs Reserve, Largs Bay. Home to Port District Football Club Inc. this new facility will create an exciting new hub for players, fans, and locals.
The new double-storey facility will provide a modern and inclusive space for footy, cricket, and the wider community. The ground floor will feature four change rooms, umpire facilities, public toilets, a kiosk, and a gym. Upstairs, there will be a tiered outdoor seating area, a spacious function space, a kitchen and bar, and offices. The building has also been designed with flexibility in mind, allowing various spaces to be hired for community use.
This $7 million project is funded by $5 million from the City of PAE and $2 million from the State Government. It was designed by SMF Architects and will be constructed by Mykra. Construction is set to begin soon!
