From July to November 2026, PAE is hosting Life Ready a series of FREE workshops that empower young people with the practical, hands-on skills needed to live independently, navigate adulthood with confidence, and thrive in the real world.
Located at various locations across PAE, these workshops are designed for ages 15-25, to bridge the gap between formal education and real-life responsibilities.
Participants will take part in a series of interactive workshops covering essential life skills, including:
- Built by You: Woodworking Basics
- Nourish to Flourish: Eat Well, Live Well
- Everyday Sustainability: Upcycling Workshop
- Youth Volunteering 101
- Money Mindset & Goal Setting
- First Job & Employment Essentials
- Y Café: Repair It!
- Mend It: Sewing Basics
Across the program, young people will build confidence through practical, real-world experiences - developing skills for independence, work, wellbeing, and everyday life.
