Youth Week is set to be an engaging celebration of young people across the City of PAE, with a packed program designed to empower, inspire and showcase the voices of our local youth.
As part of SA Youth Week, running from 9 -17 April, communities across the state come together to recognise the important role young South Australians play in shaping our future. Here in PAE, we’re extending the celebrations across the month with a range of free events and activities for young people to enjoy.
From chess club to roller skating, arts workshops to sports sessions and hands-on STEM activities, there are plenty of ways to get involved. The program highlights the diverse talents, interests and contributions of young people in our community, while creating spaces to connect, learn something new and have fun along the way.
Whether you’re keen to try something different, meet new people or simply get out and be part of the action, there’s something for everyone.

Interested in getting involved all year round?
Youth Week might be in April but there are opportunities to stay involved all year. We offer a range of volunteering opportunities for young people aged 14+ at our libraries and community centres. Whether you’re passionate about anime, science, sport or creative arts, you can share your time and skills to make a positive difference in your local community. Whatever your interest, there’s a place for you.
