Historic Reserve Information
Cr Mark Basham was first elected in 1991 at The City of Enfield prior to amalgamation to create City of Port Adelaide Enfield. With over 35 years of dedicated service and advocacy for the Northfield Ward and Port Adelaide Enfield Community. His efforts to save the playground at this reserve are just one example of his commitment to the community.
Mark Basham Reserve in Northgate was named after him and was proclaimed on 20 January 2026 at the official naming event.
