Capital Works Program

The City of PAE owns and manages a large and diverse community infrastructure portfolio with an approximate value of $1.7 billion.

In 2023–24, we will be delivering a total capital works program of $82.4 million, including $45.7 million on renewal/replacement of existing assets and $36.7 million on new/upgraded assets. A full outline of our capital works projects is included in our 2023-24 Annual Business Plan.

You can also view the status and budget for the current financial year for all our capital works projects using our interactive map, dashboard or search function to easily drill down to a particular suburb, address, place or project type (e.g. building, reserve, road etc).

The default page presents the current financial year budget only, but you can also look at previous financial years, noting some larger projects can span multiple years. The budget includes the expenditure/budget for the design, engineering reports, consultation, procurement, construction for the project unless specified as a "Design Only Project".

We have excluded capital works projects relating to equipment and machinery. If you require details about any of our projects, please contact us.
