After Hours Emergencies

Outside of office hours, our After Hours Service can receive and log calls, although you may prefer to contact us directly during opening hours. In the event of an accident where a serious or life threatening injury has occurred, contact 000 in the first instance.

The Waste Line is a service provided by Council's waste and recycle collection contractor Cleanaway. You can contact the Waste Line for any questions you have on waste and recycling:

We welcome feedback about our services at any time, but particularly if you have a concern or complaint about the way that we have provided a service.
