We support local events, festivals and exhibitions. Only events occuring within the City of Port Adelaide Enfield boundary, that are open to the whole community may be included in the What's On on our website and our bi-monthly events newsletter. This newsletter is distributed in hard copy to Council's libraries and  community centres, media outlets, tourism and community organisations and also via email to community members who have subscribed via the website.

Including your event in our What's On

Please submit this form as early as possible or at least two months prior to your event. These details may be used in various publications. Submission of this form does not guarantee your event's inclusion in the What's On newsletter. All eligible events are listed on the What's On section of our website.

Please provide supporting information about the event (posters, flyers, and brochures), including extra copies for display at the Visitor Information Centre and for distribution to all Council libraries and community centres.

What's On notification conditions

The City of Port Adelaide Enfield does not accept responsibility for any inaccuracies, changes, errors, omissions or any misconceptions that may occur in the What's On website or newsletter, PAE Today newsletter and other related publications. It is at the discretion of the City of Port Adelaide Enfield to determine the information and/or images that will appear in the What's On website and newsletter, related publications and the Visitor Information Centre display material.

Events should meet the following criteria to be listed as part of Council's What's On

• Event is held within Council boundaries
• Event is open to the public
• Event has a tourism or community participation focus
• Event offers noteworthy benefit for the tourism industry and local community
• Event does not involve any illegal activity
