Plans
Our performance is assessed though independent customer research and we monitor performance in the four key areas of Governance, Community Satisfaction, Financial and Asset Management, and Quality of Life.
Section 122 of the Local Government Act 1999 directs Councils to develop and adopt plans for the management of its area, which collectively are called Strategic Management Plans.
Council's approach to strategic planning and reporting is embedded in its strategic management framework. There are a number of documents that make up the structure of Port Adelaide Enfield’s Strategic Management Framework. The declared plans under Section 122(8) of the Act are the Annual Business Plan, the City Plan and the Corporate Plan.
