COMING SOON

PAE Library users can soon  access the REDeLEARN website for children.

This award winning site is safe and simple to use, offering a one-stop location for all the homework help they need in science, Australian history, technology, geography and much more as well. There are hundreds of interesting images and videos, and the content has all been purpose-written by local authors and teachers for Australian primary schools.

Use your library membership details to login and see all that REDeLEARN has to offer. Please note that our licence to offer REDeLEARN does not permit teachers to copy content for use in classrooms or to show the content online to a class. Schools need to subscribe to be able to do these things. Children using REDeLEARN at home can use content for their homework and study.

Online Safety
Sending young researchers to the Internet to find information on a topic can often lead them to places that are inappropriate in reading level, nature of content or overseas emphasis. REDeLEARN addresses all these problems by providing an award-winning website that is safe, comprehensive in its range and reliability, and a one-stop resource that children can use without the risk of finding anything unwelcome

Choose a Subject
Choose from 12 Key Subjects: Animals, Design & Technology, Science, Biographies, Civics, Environment, Geography,Health & Safety, History, Music, Sport, High Interest Discovery. REDeLEARN makes drilling down from the broad subject to the exact topic very simple, and moving around the website is also intuitive and hassle-free.

Home Learning
REDeLEARN is a perfect website resource for children engaged in home learning, or for children who learn through Distance Education or Home Schooling by parents.

Entertainment
Browsing through REDeLEARN’s subjects will lead children and parents to fascinating images and content that will interest many, regardless of the need to use the site to answer questions related to schoolwork.

Quizzes
The multiple-choice online quizzes are based on the content of the associated subject article. The quizzes help children to develop inquiry based learning skills.
