The City of Port Adelaide Enfield is committed to giving young people opportunities, information and support. We strive to make the local area a great place for young people to work, live, study or play in.
This website aims to connect young people to a wide range of activities, events, projects, services and information as well as giving you the opportunity to have input into what happens in your local area.
Reconnect provides one-to-one counselling services for young people aged between 12 and 18 who are experiencing difficulties that may cause family breakdown or homelessness. They can also provide support to the young person's family, guardian or carer and mediate family issues, so everyone can have their say in a fair and respectful manner. Reconnect is an outreach service which means a youth worker can meet you in an appropriate place. The Reconnect team also deliver group programs for young people and parents.
If you're a young person and you're finding that school, family, relationships, Centrelink, work or anything else are bothering you? Our Outreach Service is designed to give young people and their families the support they may need from trained counselling staff. Just give us a call during business hours to make an appointment.
