Significant and Regulated Trees Assistance Scheme

If you are a resident or business owner in PAE with regulated or significant trees on your property, we can provide a small grant to assist with maintenance. We understand that it can be an expensive task to safely maintain bigger trees on your property.

For the greater environmental benefit, we're offering up to $1,000 for maintenance of these trees, which can include pruning or pest treatments. To apply for a reimbursement under this scheme, please contact a suitability qualified arborist to visit your site and request them to complete this form (PDF, 169.6 KB.)

Once confirmed as eligible, you'll get an arborist suitably qualified tree maintenance company to carry out the maintenance works in line with the arborist’s recommendations.

Notify us when the works are completed, and if everything is in order, we'll reimburse you.

To be eligible, regulated trees must have a trunk circumference of 2+ metres and significant trees must have a circumference of 3+ metres (measured at 1 metre above natural ground level). Your arborist will be able to assist in taking this measurement.
